Growing up I loved art and science.  I studied art throughout high school, but decided on a BSc degree in University.  I met my best friend and hubby while in school and we married shortly after graduating.
After our daughter was born, I became a stay-at-home-mom and I began to have an overwhelming desire to chronicle my children's lives. Yes, I wanted them to have a record of what our life was like but most importantly I wanted them (and me!) to have a reminder of how much I love them. Enter photography.  I was hooked, it was the perfect blend of art/science and it allowed me to show my children as I see them, through a lens of love (insert my teenagers hard eyerolls, lol - but its the truth:)
